Broke Your Opinel Blade?

Is there anyone who has an Opinel handle with a broken blade? I trashed my N°9 Handle but the blade and hardware are still a-ok. Just want to cobble together the knife so it works again. I can do it with a N°8, 9, or 10 with some fiddling. If you have the old parts, let me, know. I'll pay to ship.

There are quite a few that show folded brass like a higonokami, steel liners and micarta scales with a screw construction, plenty of info if you search google.

This thread has made me rethink my own opinels, Thanks!

Try looking for "micarta opinel" for some ideas.
