Broken busse

Hey yous guys, Had a question about being able to post images of a knife that you payed for that broke under use. Do other companies not allow you to share a bad experience or close a thread if they think it may damage there reputation. Ive seen pictures of knife failures by other makers and think that its unfair too hide mistakes or bad reviews/experiences from custumers and remove photos and delete threads that u dont want people to see. I Think my complaint is valid and the broken outlaw pics should be displayed along with all failures from all makers that get posted. Jerry offers a great product and stands behind it but the quoting, references to him as your boss and sucking up are also something I dont enjoy on this forum? For instance i will probably be banned for this post because the moderaters are busse fanboys. This is also unfair.

I'm confused. Normally, if something goes wrong with a product I've purchased and it's still under warranty, I go directly to the manufacturer to get it repaired/replaced. Have you tried that yet? If you did, what kind of response did you get? And if not, why not?

I'm sorry, but I'm not understanding the question or complaint here. Are you asking about forum policies of makers other than Busse, or are you asking if you don't enjoy this forum? Either way, that's kind of tough to get an answer on that in a Busse forum. Or was it a complaint disguised as a "question?" Or a request for the members here to stop liking Jerry Busse? And what outlaw? Some context on that would help.

As I am a "fan-boy" and a "suck up" my first instinct is to ignore your whine BUT... and just now I am too lazy to bother myself searching, I and most most others here have seen the pics of the modified Outlaw that broke (and the warrenty honoured), so I am sure they are out there somewhere. You seem to fail to realised whan you say "fair" that this section of Blade Forums is paid for by Busse Co so they can do what ever the heck they want, fair does not really enter into it.

Why are you contacting people on a public board about your damaged product instead of the maker of said product?

If you bought an Apple computer and it had a questionable performance issue would you contact Toyota and complain about it?
