Broken knives...

Yeah, one. CRKT M16. The pivot screw shot out, launching the blade. Found the blade, never did find the screw. Sent it back to CRKT- they fixed it.
 
when i was about 17-18 yo i bought this really cool looking hollow handled "survival knife". cant remember the name or anything, may not have had one. Took it home, and was looking at it when someone called me. i lightly tossed it onto the bed. the blade snapped and suddenly i now had a two peice knife.
 
I've managed to chip and roll edges many times but I've never broken a knife before.

I also do not pry with my knives nor have I ever pounded them into solid objects just for kicks.
