Broken pivot screw on Vantage Pro!

I bought a large Vantage Pro a while ago and it has been sitting in my storage box for a while.
Despite using my knives lightly i'm more of a collector so i rarely use my knives.
I was watching a vid about the small pro when i heard the guy talking about the blade centering.
As some of you may know, some of the Vantages came with that issue and mine was no exception:(
However i never tried to fix it before so a few minutes ago i decided to do just that.
I picked up the torx driver and tried to adjust the pivot screw. The first time i touched it it became too tight so i tried to loosen it. I got to do it but it loosened so much that it started to touch the liner so i tried to tighten it a bit more. I coudn't do it anymore!!
I didn't know what was going on until the screw popped out and i took a look into the pivot. A piece of the screw broke inside of the pivot and now it is impossible to take out!!!
Has this ever happened to anyone here before?
I'm thinking about contacting Buck about this to see if they can fix it but i don't want to send the knife in because of the risk of losing it or it being held in customs:(
Do you think Buck can send me a new pivot and screw?
All help would be greately appreciated folks!

Im sure if you contact Buck and explain your situarion they will send you a new pivit screw and pin.

I recently lost a screw out of one of the scales on my Pardigm Pro. I called buck and they said they would send me the missing screw. Not only did they send the one screw that was missing they sent a complete set of screws for the knife, at no charge. I now have extras just in case! You can not beat Buck's Customer Service as far as I am concerned.

Thanks for the help guys:)
I own/ed cheap and high end folders but this kind of thing never happened to me before!
I will contact Buck to see what they can do.
