Broken website?

Hey guys, I'm not sure how everything specifically works on this forum but I just subscribed for another year but it says my inbox is full. I don't see any delete buttons and I have a new subscription so I'm curious if the bladeforums is busted and needs to be fixed? I'm getting people sending me messages that are blocked due to some box being full that I have no way of emptying out. Any help would be appreciated in deleting all these old conversations and why the hell hasn't my 250 message count restarted yet with my new subscription????

Need to "leave conversations" to clear out space. Check the sticky at the top of Tech Support.

New subscription doesn't mean new inbox. You still need to clear out old conversations by leaving them.
