IG, I got some .005 from Chuck. I'm getting a punch tool made for it tomorrow so I can punch out some washers. Finally! I've had this stuff for a while. I'd like to know where to get some thicker stuff too. What are you up to? Folder making????

Hey George,
I have some that is .005 thick. I have a roll that is 12" by 90" long, i'll never use it all. I got it from MSC, it's phospor bronze sheet. They have it in a variety of thicknesses. If your planning on buying a whole roll of something thicker than .005 let me know, maybe we can do a trade. Or if you can use the stuff that is .005 let me know and i'll give you some, it'll get me down there to do some more forging. Do you still have that bar of 52100 that I left there?

www.mcmaster.com has lots of bronze alloys but their oil-impregnated stuff is thicker than you want. Does it have to be OI? What the hell are you up to?
