Wanted to give this a try, picked it up on eBay for $8.00. Enjoy the before and after I still have some work to do, this old carbon takes an edge so easy. There is a little blade wobble left to right, if you have an idea how to fix that please share it. All 3 blade have great snap. great fun doing stuff like this and it keep me in the garage and not in front of the t.v.

That looks good, is the blade sitting home when closed?

Could be the pivot pin that is worn.

You cant go wrong with that old hard steel.

Great job putting a knife I would have passed on back into service.
It's a pattern / blade configuration that I haven't seen before from any brand, a clip main spey secondary and an awl is interesting.
You did a good job and now have a good usable knife, I'm just picky and would have passed the knife by with all those severe chips in the edges.

If I'm not mistaken this knife would be 30's-50's, but don't quote me on that.

Thats a good job, maybe try lightly pinching it in a vice?
Bad idea. Most of those old Imperials like that are shell construction. You have to carefully, and I do mean carefully, bend the tabs that wrap over the ends of the liners just enough to pop the covers off, then you can work on the pivots. A little gentle peening should clear up the wobble. Then you can put the covers back on and bend the tabs back down.
