Just receive the Bionic and I love the design.
The only problem I'm finding is how to flip the blade so that I don't need any wrist action,
I can do it here and there but not consistently.

So any owners of a Bionic, please drop some advice :)
Also does owners finger starts to hurt after a while?

I had no issues flipping mine open without any wrist, with either the regular lightswitch motion or by push-loading it straight in. That said, it tore up my fingertips so much with all the rough jimping on the flipper landing zone that I got pissed off and decided (while cursing the sort of idiot that would make a nice little design and then ruin it with sharp edges right where your finger lands) to just sand down the jimping until it was round. Now it looks a mess if you examine it closely from the top, but it's quite comfortable to flip:

It actually looks better now, I blacked in the deep parts with a sharpie and then rubbed down the top until the exposed sharpie'd bits came clean. The sharpie has stayed down in the trenches fine since then.

My buddy has one. He had the same problem until I showed him it doesn't work like his Kershaw JYD. It's not flipped like a light switch like a lot of flippers it's more like a push button. Push in and watch it fly open.

I took mine apart, and polished the flats of the blade. Made a HUGE difference in flipping action.

Are the bearing loose like IKBS?
And I'm pretty new to this ha ha, how did you go about polishing the flats?

The bearings are caged, so it's a single piece. Very easy to work with :)

For polishing, I used my sharpening stones. I just laid the blade flat on the stone and scrubbed, making sure each time to eliminate all the scratches from the last step. You only really have to polish it on the detent side, but I think it looks much better if you polish both sides.

I can tell you that the ones we sell seem to have a short term break in period. I believe this to be true for any knife that is made/built right! Some of our custom folders take months to break in!

Mine flipped fairly smooth. The Kizer I just sold was 10x better. I sold the Bionic though. Felt cheap and the pointed flipper killed my finger. I probably would have sold it anyway. After a few flippers I realized they're not really for me.
