Hello, I wanted to ask if anyone has a Jason Brous Reloader and how it works for you as a flipper. I just got mine in the mail and it is an awesome knife. Only thing is that it takes a little wrist action to deploy. I don't know if it's because it's brand new and needs to break in. I've seen a lot of comments of how smooth it's flipping action is. I think all of Jason's knives are awesome and am looking forward to pick up the Division Flipper. Any comments would be appreciated. Thank you.

I've never owned a Brous, but I'm sure after a couple hundred flicks it'll get smoother. If it doesn't pop some lube in the pivot, and it'll be smooth as butter. I recommend Tuf-Glide, the smallest size (just checked, it's the 1/2oz) on BladeHQ comes with a hypodermic needle to get in the really tight areas. Even if you don't use it on the knife, I recommend you pick some up for ~$8 to oil and lube literally hundreds of future knives.

Oh wow that's not a bad price at all. I'm gonna order me some, I have a whole lot of other knives I need to lube too. Thanks

No problem, I've oiled/lubed all of my knives and it's barely making a dent; it's really cost-effective stuff. Remember you only need about half a drop per pivot/blade to give it a coat; the needle will help you get the correct amount. Glad I could help.
