brown micarta handles

Looks like maroon to me. My favorite color Micarta. If it gets darker, it will be because of dirt, sweat, oils etc., being ground in. If that happens, rub it with Naptha, on a paper towel or rag, and buff it lightly again to restore.
If you can't get Naptha in your part of the world, use Ronson, or Zippo lighter fluid. they both contain Naptha as the main indgredient.
It also works well to take off label residue, old built up wax, dirt etc., on furniture, and other things.
Naptha is often found at paint stores.

That's really great handle work! I like the way you laminated the two. I can't even speak of the metal work since it is so far above me still. Really nice workmanship all over.
