Got home from work today and there it lay on my front porch. Gonna' be a good weekend! After unpacking and getting the box out of the box I pulled the knife out. It was well wrapped in bubble wrap and had a cardboard "sheath" over the blade. Pulling the caedboard off I saw that the blade was heavily coated with a heavy grease, somewhat like vasoline. Took some rubbing to remove it and then I used some auto cleaner/compound to get it all off and followed that with a couple of coats of some Rennasiance Wax. I also used the Ren wax on the leather sheath. My first impressions tell me that this should be a heckuva' chopper. They also tell me that this is a well crafted knife. Fit/finish is very good, handle ergonomics seem good even though they may feel just a little too squared, but will find out when the chopping starts. For the price of this knife I think the leather sheath provided is excellent. Not saying the leather sheath is the absolute top of the line, just that it is better than I expected. It could be constructed of heavier leather, but that would drive up the cost. All in all I'm very impressed with this knife and will probably let it "sleep" right next to me as my middle of the night door answering buddy!;):D

None of mine specifically, but go to www.agrussell.com and click on knives, then makers, then A-D, then Browning, then go about 1/3 the way down and you will find the best picture of this knife I have seen on the internet.
