I'm lucky enough to have a second Bing custom in my hands and wanted to share this beauty. I've used and carried this for a couple of months now and apologize for not getting pics up sooner. It is a nice carry being very thin, light, and a reasonably fast/smooth flipper riding on caged bearings.

The 3" blade is feather Damascus and the scales are some gorgeous desert ironwood burl I had stashed away. Love me some burl. Heat darkened zirconium bolsters and clip. The screws and liners are anodized titanium and the liners are jeweled. Thanks again Bing and enjoy!

Cheers,
David

Thanks David for the challenge of thinning this way down from my norm. Also trusting me with that beautiful Ironwood.

God Bless

Bing

That is hands down the most awesome Damascus I've ever seen. Does the pattern have a name?

Thanks all! The Damascus is what's called a feather pattern.

I realized I missed the all-important closed, side-angle shot - it's a tight fit with maximum blade length stuffed in there!

Gee Bing,

what's with all the indecision????

fixed blades, then folders, back to fixed blades, more folders......

It's almost like you're following that Hanson guy's lead :D

haha, another beauty for sure - stellar Damascus!

Bill, after all I have Don's old table at Blade. Just wish I could get the combination to his Ivory vault:D

style for miles!!!

Thanks for the overwhelmingly positive response :).

Bonus shots earned . Two Chiron’s in one photo, the other being last year’s sporting copper LSCF and mosaic Damascus - enjoy!
