So even though I know we have some ESEE haters, possibly my favorite Becker is the BK14, which is 1/2 ESEE (to be fair).

What other combos would you like to see? If you could pick your own of each brand to hybrid together which would you choose?

One that I think would be really cool:

Maybe how the grind is along the spine of the Brute w/ the swedge and the top choil and then the edge profile of the Junglas, no Brute recurve so sharpening is easier. Some ESEE micarta on there, maybe even keep the whole ESEE handle shape. Becker coating (not the new textured one) so it's smooth/easy to strip, and make it 1095 CV. That would be my Brunglas, if I could choose.

This is not a petition to send to Ethan/Ka-Bar/ESEE or anything, just for fun. Sorry if this thread has been done. I know there's a good chance it has, but I didn't unearth any when I searched. Even if it has been done, we have some new Beckerheads (myself included) who maybe haven't weighed in on something like this.

just buy a Siegle :)

this message probably approved by jeff, ethan, and bill :) among others.

Junglas is perfect in my opinion!

a esee 4, with bk handles, in bk2 thickness? Yes please

We better not have any ESEE haters, they make good blades. Or actually Rowen MFG does, but they are still ESEE blades. I have alot of them, and count Jeff and Mike amongst ma friends.

The only thing I hate is the proper pronunciation of Junglas. I prefer to call it like it looks.

I wish ESEE would come up with blades sized between the junglas and the 6... that said, I do like ESEE a lot, have 3 of them, and would love to see another ESEE/BK collaboration. I'm seriously thinking about saving up and head down to their school in the future.

ESEE haters are a major minority, man. I'm not talking about people that aren't into the handles, but actual haterz.

Also, I like your collab idea. Grind one out!

Man, that would be a chopping machine!
I really like my Eskabar, and ESEE does make great knives.
Cool idea.

Ooh and make it a flipper so you still get a decent finger gaurd and you don't have to stick thumb studs into the BK14's beautiful blade! Someone who is good with graphics mock that up por favor!
