Brute Gun show find

One of the things I like about the Becker knives is how you never know where you may stumble onto a older/rare one. While browsing around at a small local gun show about a year ago I saw a very distinctive plastic sheath with a Becker handle sticking out, its was mixed in with a small quantity of home shopping network fantasy tacti-cool ninja blades and a couple of well worn old hickory kitchen knives. I was halfway expecting to find a well used old Camillus tac tool when I picked it up, but it was actually a Camillus Brute in fair shape except someone had sanded the coating off to highlight the grind. A quick exchange of a Benjamin Franklin note and this ugly duckling was all mine. With a move and house remodeling project underway I haven't had much time to get it back in presentable shape. Thanks to the help of 91Bravo I'm happy to report this old Brute is on it way to looking better than it did when it left the Factory in New York.

That convex edge is looking good and makes a Huge difference. Nice Score Brotha. Bravo will make it so Purdy you won't wanna use it.
