Brute upgraded

Got a Brute in trade a little while back. I had on hand a set of the micarta BK&T grips too. Put the micarta on the Brute and liked it a lot more but still it was too blocky in the handle to suit me. Out to the shop for about 10 minutes A little rasping and filing and now if fits me perfectly Also reprofiled the edge a bit. It's still a thick edge for chopping but not as thick as it left NY with. Luckily it still fits the factory sheath albeit a little looser with the micarta grips. Gonna be a great camp companion for this summer!

Where and how do you go about purchasing a set of the micarta grips? Don't have a Brute yet, but.......................

You call Camillus and they will tell you to send in $20 for a set After that you can either leave em blocky or hit em with a rasp to shape em a lot better, then file and sand
