Hi, Just got a Tan/Tan BTAC - Whahooooo!!!

It's .17 in width - I love it!!

Curious though as to how many different variations there are of that model - concerning blade width.

Thanks a bunch!!

Do you mean a BA-TAC? I've never heard of a BTAC.

The Badger Attack TAC was offered in combat grade and LE. Base price of $227 & $397.
The Combat Grade has an approx .187" thick, 5" blade; while the LE was approx. .25" thick. The blade width (from spine to edge) varies due to the handground final edge.

Combat Grade options were:
Standard Blade Finishes:
Black
Desert Tan
Urban Grey
OD Green
Optional Blade Finishes :
Desert Shadow Camo + $30
Jungle Shadow Camo + $30
Urban Shadow Camo + $30
Standard Handles:
Black Canvas Micarta
Tan Canvas Micarta
Optional Handles:
Black G-10 + $25
Snakeskin Micarta + $45

The Limited Edition's .25" thick blade had a satin finish, full height flat grind and Tiger Hide handles.

Thanks Guys!

I apologize for not clarifying - It is the CG BA-TAC, so I guess it must be the
.187 width.

I really appreciate the help - and all the info RVO3VOM

Steelnut - Yep, I'm tickled with it.

To be honest, This is the First Busse like this I have owned.
Have a Basic & and Assualt Shaker - so I am not really sure what kind of handles they are, other than that they are Tan micarta.

Could I ask what the difference is between regular and mag?

I'm hoping to get a FBM next - and want the handles to be extra comfy for chopping :) , so thought this was a good opportunity to ask.

Thanks,

sp

The mags are fatter, and more contoured.
I don't have a Badger comparison, but here they are on FFBM's
The black on black being mags..

Wow - Awesome Collection.
Thanks for the pics, and the coaching.

That sure answers the question, and clarifies that mine has the regular handles.
