bttt - my apologies

As OwenM so politely put it in my Hummingbirds v Vultures post:

"Judy, you don't have to btt everything else out there. Nice thought, but we can decide what we want to read for ourselves."

You're absolutely right.... I shouldn't have bttt'd. But like Emanym Ton, I was hoping to move the dirty laundry posts further down the list lest the newcomers to BFC (between 30-40 new members since Friday) think we're all looney tunes.

quoting from Emanyn Ton's "oops" post:

"Well.... I spent the better part of an hour and a half trying to rearrange the posts here in General in order to avoid airing dirty laundry on the front porch....."

My apologies to everyone. I think I'll just mind my own business for the rest of the day!

Don't stop posting!

Judy,

It was a good effort on your and Shawn's part. Thanks for trying.

Judy and Shawn, thanks for cleaning up the mess after the New Years Eve Party.

Judy, I wasn't trying to be a jerk, and do appreciate your (successful, IMO) efforts to make this forum a more pleasant and interesting place.
Can't wait to see what you choose for your next knife. Have to love it whenever a person becomes interested in knives, particularly a woman, since it's usually a "guy" thing!
LOL, Owen

Judy, You're obviously very welcome in here and your humble attempts at cleaning up the New Year's Party mess IS appreciated.

Judy,
Great minds think alike, eh.

I don't think it was wrong to do what we did but for my part it just wasn't fast enough and by the time we started there were too many interested parties from General involved in posting (not that they bear any responsibility at all as I would have done the same thing). I just wish we could have bought some involved parties a bit more time to think about their actions and how it would affect the 'whole'. Keep your assertive interaction honed to perfection Judy; it's what makes BFC a GREAT place!

TJ, in your short time here, you've done much to brighten things up and generally create peace, harmony, and fun. No need to apologize. There are a lot of barking dogs here but most don't bite.

Ocassionally we get a couple of rabid ones that have to be put down and then there's those pack of wolves that run around looking for the weak to pounce on but generally it's a pretty benign ecosystem. Just keep on keepin' on. Your contributions are always appreciated.
