Often people will bump a thread back to the top of the thread list to get more input if the thread has been overlooked in their opinion or has scrolled off the page too fast due to heavy traffic....

larry, this confused me too, and i just found out what it meant, it means look again at the top message since it has been edited and updated...as to why it is used as much as it is, and why there is a forum about BTTT:
