I got this out the other day and took a long hard look at it. It's a real nice knife, a little futuristic but that's ok. 154CM steel and comfortable.

154CM Steel
Excellent edge retention, great corrosion resistance and for heavy cutting applications. For best performance, Buck hardens to a standard Rc 59-61.

Love the blade shape which reminds me of a Randall fighter, but that handle / frame is just plain ass ugly.

It seems like it would feel okay in hand though.

No real need for/use for it but this model has been on my radar since it came out. I just like. Thanks to your very well done photos I think I like it even more.

While I'm glad Buck is doing different designs, this is just to 'futuristic' for my tastes. I can, however, appreciate the design elements and how they were applied by M. Mclean. Preston

I think I could do without that metal on the handle. I think the wood and carbon fiber would be really nice all by themselves. Still, it is a nice looking knife.
