I just received three new in the box Bucks and one (the fixed blade 103) I don't know when it was made. It's stamped as shown below.

BUCK
103 \|/
USA
Is there a chart for the fixed blades like I've seen for the 110's?

The other two are a 1989 Model 112 and 1989 Model 503. I paid $100 for all three, delivered by Priority mail. Is that a decent price for these?

Hello,
Full retail on those 3 knives would be closer to $194 so I would say you did fine.
Is the symbol on the 103 a downward pointing arrow? If so, it is from 2007.
If you email me your address, I will send you the date code list that shows the symbols from 1986 to 2010.

here is a copy i made up
pre 68 is BUCK only
pre 61 may have dots by BUCK

Yes it is, what I typed was the best I could come up with on my keyboard to show it.

Does the chart work for all Bucks or just the 110's?

After checking the chart, the 110 and the 503 are both 1986 models and not 1989 as the seller had them listed.

Thanks to you all, I appreciate everyone taking the time to answer.

Dave

The date codes from 1986 to present work for all Bucks. Correct me if I'm wrong Dave but I believe the info prior to 1986 applies specifically to the 110.

Could someone tell me what the 2005* means when it says "offshore production"?
I'm just full of questions.

All the US produced 2005 Bucks have the Idaho stamp. The offshore models (Bucks made in Tiawan or China) from that year had the sideways T symbol as Dave shows above.
