Buck 105 60s???

Here's my buck 105, I thank it frome the 60s but i don't know it has some cool engravings on the butt would this be factory??

stain, I can hardly tell what your asking. Plus, registered members are not permitted to ask values. In 1969 Buck changed its spacer material to burgundy micarta. The design scratched into the pommel is not factory which could cause collectors to shy away from this knife. DM
 
David, I did not know that I could not ask values so my bad, and what I was asking was the age of the knife and if the engravings where done at buck. Thanks
 
Welcome to the Buck forum. Your knife was made in the mid 1969 to early 1972 time frame. This can be known from the spacer type and the tang stamp. The "engravings" are homemade. HTH

SS223, your going to love collecting Buck Knives... There's a lot of 40$ Bucks out there... You just have to look for them... :thumbup:
