Buck 105 pathfinder blowout?

There has been some posting on other sites about a great deal on the Buck 105 Pathfinder model.

The price seems hard to believe honestly!

Has this model been discontinued recently? Have a boatload of these been imported form some foreign country?

What gives?

I have never seen this model in person, but at the price, I jumped on a few of them.

Are there any reviews, opinions, comments, or feedback on this model that you can share?

The 105 has never been made overseas so pretty much anything "imported" would be counterfeit.
 
The place had them listed at $7.99!

This morning the price is back to the normal $54.99.

I am thinking that they had a computer glitch or something because some other products were marked at ridiculously low prices as well. I imagine that the orders will be cancelled.

Yeah, too good to be true. I ordered and paid for one this morning-tried to order 2 but it wouldnt let me. After ordering, I received a email 20 minutes later saying:

Hello,

Thank you for shopping with P***** W**** via Am****.com! I am very sorry, but knife order you placed can't be filled. We had a pricing issue last night and we can't honor the price quoted. I had to cancel your order and refund your payment. We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience. Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help you further.

Thats a drag. I wrote back stating that if I walked into a store with a shelf marked incorrectly, the store would honor the price and they should too. Havnt heard back.
 
I got a similar response from a different (?) company. They said that the purchase price was refunded.

I did not see a refund posted to my Paypal account and wrote them back telling them so!

Keep an eye out for the refund!
