Buck 107 info needed

Just picked up a 107 in my travels. My question is did the 3 pin, black micarta handle, script tang came in the Empress set or as a single? This didn't have a sheath but was cheap and in decent condition.

That knife likely came in the Empress Trio set as that is common to break up the set and sell them seperately. However, some owners purchased that stamped knife in a 107 box as Buck would take one off the assembly line to fill an order. Still, officially the 107 came out in 1976 and holds a 3 line block stamp in a open top pouch sheath, Buck's first. It's stamp should be on the left side. All other models were stamped on the right. DM

Do you have any pictures of it, that you can post... :thumbup:
 
Here's one that hasn't been finished yet... This should be like yours... I have one like it that came in a !07 sheath...
That's just the way I got it in a collection... Like this one... :)
