I got busy last night on a Buck 110 50th Anniversary Chairman series knife.

I took the covers off, fitted smooth buffalo horn covers, epoxied it, pinned it and let it sit overnight.

I took it into my shop this morning and rough sanded it and rough cut the cover pins.

I'm really happy with the way this one turned out after peening the pins, finish sanding and buffing.

Thanks for looking!! :)

Great looking knife after you got done with it and the pins look really good against the buffalo horn.

Very nicely done.

I really enjoy seeing the recovering process and the finished knife.

Keep posting those pictures.

Very nice Mark, great job on all the ones you have posted. One question, for the scale pins do you have a special punch to forming the heads?

Wow, it looks like it came out of the custom shop! :)
Your peened pins look spectacular, especially since you are doing it with a hammer :)

No….I just peen them easy until I don't feel any spots that catch, then buff them.

Thanks for the comments! These are fun to do.
I really like working with the buffalo horn and I like the looks with NS bolsters and pins.

Beautiful, the black and silver compliment each other well.

I like the 2 pin look. Clean and simple.

Looks great. Didn't you say you were doing a run of 50?;)

No, but this one was so much fun that I bought five more NS Chairman 110's a couple days ago.
I also bought five pairs of buffalo horn scales.
I should have fun destroying some warranties next week. :)

Thanks for the nice comments everyone!!
