I have an old Buck 110 with 3 brass pins in the wood scales. It looks odd to me because compaired to other Buck 110's I've seen, this knife has the Buck logo upside down with a small U.S.A. underneath it. ie, when the knife is held point down, the words BUCK and U.S.A are rightside up. There is no model number or symbols anywhere on the knife.

Do I have anything here?

Thanks.

 ...Nope...You have nothing there Sarasota...Send it to me, I'm just a bit north of you...I'll make a more "definative" assessment of that thing...heh heh heh...and I hope it doesn't "get lost in the mail" when I send it back...:D :D
...Hang on to it Sarasota...sounds like an earlier version of the 110 , without seeing it , it could be somewhere between 1968 and 1969ish...I have a few and would never part with 'em...Congrats...

Sounds like a keeper Sarasota....If it's got a separate brass spacer between the cap bolsters it's an early Fourth Version. If the spacer is integral with one side rather than separate you've got yourself a Third Version from the 1967 thru 1970 period. Either way, I'd take good care of it, you've got a nice piece of Buck history.

I have listed this old Buck 110 on ebay - Item number: 320027041000

If any of you experts can correct or add to my description, I would be most greatful.

Thanks
