Buck 110 age?

Hey I have an old buck 110 that I believe belonged to my grandpa. I'm trying to figure out the age of this knife. Ive read about the date codes but this one doesn't have anything. It is stamped BUCK 110 USA in three lines on the tang so as to look like this:

BUCK
110
USA

Any ideas on the age of this knife? Thanks in advance.

In the Buck forum here at the top there is a sticky posted, should help you bracket the age in some, it may be that all you'll know is it was made before year X. Which way does it read on the blade? That will help also. If you're still not clear and you post in the Buck forum I'm sure someone can help nail it down for you.
