There have been multiple threads on this very question. A quick search will reveal the win for your consideration.

Lol! Yessir!

The 110 is probably the most copied knife of all time. They're out there....

I grew up carrying a Buck 110. I suggest a Benchmade 710 or my personal choice a Spyderco Native 5.Those knives are a few of my personal recommendations for your consideration .I would not consider them similar, but do find them superior for my particular tastes and uses.

^^^the mako is one helluva knife. That one would be very high on my list for an alternative to the 110.

You could try a Kershaw Wildcat Ridge, it's a pretty good alternative. Of course the Mako or Hammer Head would be great...but if you can find one, get a Sharktooth...one of the few lockbacks that I have that are actually better (in my opinion) than the Buck 110.

It is a lot thinner and made out of Ti but it reminds me of a 110 ....kind of. The Boker Plus Titan

Look for an EKA Swede 82. It's a great knife, similar size to the 110 but the blade shape is a bit different (it has a stronger tip and a lot of belly), no bolsters so it's a lot lighter and the lock lever is located on the butt of the knife.

Spyderco Endura. Its a modern version. Similar blade size and lock back. Lighter with much better steel. No wood, but i don't know if that was a requirement Heck i don't even know if lock back is a requirement LOL

My Case LSSP XX SS is the closest thing I've seen to my 110. Honestly I couldn't tell you which is "better" in use---I consider them equals. The brass on the Case has worn faster than the brass on the 110 but the Case is older.

Case Hammerheads are similar too.

I carried a Buck 110 everyday at work for many years and it served me well, I also had a titanium 110 and added a thumb stud so I could open it up with just one hand.
I now carry a Spyderco Endura 4 for the same reasons nefarious mentioned, also because of the ambidextrous clip (I'm left-handed) and I can open it with just one hand.
