Buck 110 Blade Markings

I have a buck 110 here, that has a 50 inside of an Anvil, and USA underneith it. Nowhere on the knife does it say Buck anywhere.
Also of the 4 rivets, 3 of them are brass, and one looks steel.

Is this a legit Buck knife? Or is this a knockoff? I was under the impression EVERY knife said BUCK in plain lettering on the blade.
Thanks guys

My buck 110 custom has the anvil on it but it also says buck too. Pictures will definitely help too. :)

I'm kinda surprised. This is the second recent post where someone questioned if their 50th Anniversary Buck was legitimate because the name "BUCK" was not on the knife

It looks like the marking on the blade on the 50th anniversary model, but my scales are plain wood. It doesn't have that emblem on it, that says 50th anniversary. I guess they had leftover blades? It doesn't say Buck on the opposite side either, it just has no marking.

The word out there is that there were a small amount made like yours before the new year.
It might be a desirable one later on to the 110 collectors :)

Desirable in the sense that I should buy another one, and not use this thing? :)
Well, that would be up to you.
I tend to use/carry almost all my knives...I am a bad collector, only a few have stayed in their boxes.....lol

but compared to 2013 standard 110's and the standard 50th 110's, there will be far fewer of the ones like you got :)

Someday people will be saying "I heard there were 2013 handles with a 50th blade in them"

I've learned that when I luck into something rare I should hang onto it. Don't spit in the face of good luck.

Not that these are going to ever be worth a large amount of money, but it will be nice to have and even nicer 20 years from now when you can show it off and bask in the envy of those who wish they had such a scarce knife.

I just got one as well, from the rain forest place, real nice blade, didn't get worried after I read this thread so thanks!

Congrats,I've seen a few fake 110's when my job was to temporarily separate the knife from it's owner. All of them were very easy to spot as a fake from a genuine made in the USA Buck 110 . I may just get one of those 50th 110's myself.:)

btw, I just spoke with Buck Customer Service, and was told there were only about 1000 or so of the 110s made with no emblem. I'm using the snot out of mine, I bought it to use it, but for collectors this may change things with such low numbers of them out there.

I have a 110 with no emblem and the new blade... The knife was made in 2013... :)

When you guys say no emblem, you mean the 50th anniversary with nothing on the handle? A regular handled buknife with the anvil and 50, with no BUCK written?
Or do you mean no emblem, like no markings whatsoever? Like a 110 with no markings on the blade at all?

This knife I have with regular handles, and the anvil 50- you guys think this will be worth $$ later on? I shouldn't be using this bad boy?

Could have been made in 2013, but still a 50th model. Do you have the 50 in the anvil? I think they anticipated stock taking a month or two to sell, so they pushed the 50th out a little early.
