Has anyone that ordered a CKS 110 had any problems with them?

Mine OUT OF THE BOX had blade centering issues- the tip damn near touches the nickel liner. Just from opening a few times wear has developed on opposite side of blade that the tip is misaligned to. Also when the blade snaps closed sometimes it bounces up exposing the (extremely sharp and pointy) tip. Are these common 110 problems? I emailed the warranty dept and am sending it back for some work. We will see what happens. I'm sending the card with the maker's signature on it so someone can Nut punch the guy that put this together. I have not carried this knife or really used it besides playing around cutting some paper. So abuse is out of the question.

Very disappointed in Buck for this. IF this was a walmart 40 dollar knife i could overlook these issues... but not for this 165$ one. Not one bit!!

Thoughts, opinions, experiences?

Sounds like yours slipped past the Quality Control bench at Buck... but I'm sure they'll put it right (and they should). I've had several over-the-counter 110s, and all of them displayed near-perfect fit and finish.
