I bought a 110 not long ago at Wally World, sorry guys, I couldn't swing a custom at this time, I'd also have a hard time using a semi-custom like I will this one.......

Do your 110 blades come in contact with the inside back of the liner about 3/4" from the tip of the blade when it snaps closed or squeeze it together after it is closed? Mine does this and mars the edge just a little. Is there a particular reason for this, if not, is there anything that can be done to keep this contact from occuring?

Just wait for Joe Houser to reply to your post. He will tell you exactly what to do. I had the same problem with several 110's. I returned them following Joe's instructions. Got them back in about 2 weeks. They were beautiful. Blades right down the middle when closed, no play when opened. The people at Buck did a magnificent job. They are great people at a great company.

We can certainly fix that 110 of yours. What happens sometimes is the steel remembers that it was once on a round coil. It goes back to that shape and when it is severe enough, the blade may contact the case. We will fix it under warrantee if you send it in.
Take care,
