Hi Jim,

Post some photo's when you get it. Here is a custom shop Sambar stag 110 with DM blade.

They removed the Sambar Stag, and Ram Horn options for G-10 a few weeks ago..

Must be hard to get!Sitting here thinking....sanbar stag is mostly from overseas...USA stag was said to be too porus(sp??).Isn't Elk cheaper $$$ than stag??
Ram horn must be hard to obtain....I know Ed Fowler has all he needs.Which would ya'll rather have Elk,Stag or Ram Horn!

One or two of each would be fine:thumbup:.

I would rather have ram horn. I have a ram horn 110. Would have liked to have gotten another one.

Joe H. Told me some weeks ago that Buck thinks to stop to offer ram scales or handles. This material makes too much problems. It cracks, bends, twists, scales went loose and so on. No more ram horn from the custom shop. That's the consequence.

I am sad to hear that. I was hoping rams horn would find its way to the custom shop 112's.

1999 Pete's custom shop (Buck factory) BG42 110 with rams horn handles :)

I went Buck wild for this last Christmas and pooled my resources to get these custom Buck Knives. It's the 50th anniversary of the Buck 110, so this was a special year to get these. Each blade has an anvil mark with a 50 to designate the year. The natural materials for the handles are all very beautiful.

Custom Buck 110 knives: top is water buffalo, middle is ramhorn and bottom is stag handles S30V steel.
