buck 110 eco lite

so i just picked up a eco lite from a surplus store near me. i love it it feels alot better and lighter then a 110. but i noticed there is a bit of wiggle in the lockup both vertical and side to side and the handles kind of spread apart a bit. is this normal?
 
I wish I could help you... But I don't have one yet... You can call Buck or e-mail Joe H... You can always take it back and get a different one... You can always send it back to buck and ask them to fix it... and they will.... I would take it back and ask for a new one... That's just me... Good luck.... :)
 
Not sure what you mean by the "handles kind of spread apart". No, nothing you described is "normal". They should be as rock solid as any 110. Would love for you to send that one in so we could look at it.

just hit the Buck website link under the User CP bar above the threads and it'll take you there http://www.buckknives.com. I didnt have any wobble in my 112 but it was hard to close. My 110 eco is rock solid. I think the ricasso hits the liner and causes it to be stiff like that.
