For Dave, I don't mind losing this one. This a Buck 110 folding hunter from circa 70-73. There are no markings on the Tang other than "Buck". No dots, no year designations. I do not have a sheath or box for this. This knife has never been used or carried. It is in great shape. I pay for shipping on this one.

SOLD
Levine's 4th edition states this knife is worth $150 in 1998!

SEE BELOW FOR SOME X-TRA FREE GOODIES!

Please be aware that the actual time period of this knife is circa 1970-1973...This is a 3rd gen. 110 with wider nail nick and BUCK USA upside down on tang. Sorry for the wrong posting on the title

This for a good cause so I hope someone doesn't mind owning this older Buck knife that is mint. I am attaching a picture. If one of the moderators sees this please email me if there is a pay pal account the buyer can use or how I send the proceeds so Dave gets it. He made me laugh so many times I feel I know the guy better than my own brother.

Hey Greg, great to see you posting and it's real nice of you to help out the Gerbil.

As far as I know VG can't get access to his PayPal account, so to get him the money you're going to have to send him a check or a Money Order.

That should go to:

David Gittleman
2360 South Xenia Ave.
Pahrump, NV 89048

I will pay shipping on this one. It's for a good cause? Any Buck collectors out there?

OK guys, I really want to sell this knife for Dave so I am gonna sweeten this deal. Who ever buys this knife for $100 I will:
pay for shipping
and include the following "enticements":
Neck knife from a pretty famous sword maker....so this is a custom
A new, unused Case Knife of my choosing
slightly used Myerco Strut and Cut
The Levine Knife book 5th ed
Plastic Krambit
One of those plastic key holder green-striker thingys (forgot what it is called)
Buck 110 Sheath (contemporary model)
and if you act now and want to take a chance, I will throw in one more surprise that will remain nameless....oh what could it be? What could it be? Will it be nice? Will it not? Only the Kodiak PA knows for sure.....but I gotta ask ya.....Do you feel lucky? Huh? Do you punk?*

So who is up for Christmas in February?

*=Surprise has noting to do with a Smith and Wesson Model 629 :)

I appreciate the interest in this offer. I have 2 buyers lined up and am waiting confirmation. Unfortunately I couldn't find the 110 sheath so I substituted it with just another handmade knife!.

Is this boy nuts or what?

Yes, you are nuts! And I'm sure the Gerbil appreciates it very much.

OK guys, the packaged is sold. I will get the proceeds out to the above address within a few days.

I know you're all excited to see what were the 3 mystery knives

Ok the Case knife is a Walnut Trapper with a serrated spey blade and plain clip point

The neck knife was made by sword maker Rob Crisswell. I received this in a treade with Gary Graely a few years back. It is unused.

The third knife I added when I realized my Buck 110 sheath was actually a Buck 112 sheath is a Kelgin utility knife that has seen just slight use.

My thanks to all interested parties and to the Buck Collector member who bought the package. I hope the buyer does feel lucky! :) Sorry about the sheath though.

Package was sent off to the buyer yesterday and Dave's check sent off today. Thanks to everyone for their help especially to the moderator and buyer.
