I would think Limited Edition Buck 110’s would leave the factory centered?

Being of the style with a pivot screw rather than a rivet I could believe the blade moved with time.
I have not yet tried a TORX bit on it yet. But there is no wobble and it feels smooth at the same time with a great snap.

Hate thinking on moving the Pivot tighter to center the blade will also cause the blade to become also tighter between the liners.

Any correction method one can recommend? I have zero tolerance flippers and I think there is a procedure for blade centering that includes loosening all the scale screws and pivot, then tightening them in some preferred order.

My sense says, if it has not worked loose, does not become more off center, won’t begin to wobble, then it is lock tight from the factory and QC is a non issue with Limited Edition drops.

But, if the pivot has not changed and is lock tight, What are the chances of the centering being QC?

Idk if the livot will adjust centering. Bushing instead of washers. Maybe it will .

My Walmart editon 50th Anniversary had wobble when closed, and was off center about as much as yours. The wobble bothered me, since the blade could hit the liner. I tightend the pin a touch using padded pliers. Wobble gone, blade centered.

If you tighten the screw, it won't take much. Probaby less than 1/16 of a turn.

I’d try loosening the pivot a little, then push the blade toward the opposite scale and slowly tighten. Might center right up, might not. Worth a shot either way.

Awesome you have #1, UNACCEPTABLE they shipped it that off centered. How did you get #1?

sad to say that centering is within buck quality control standards...even for low serial number knives....

Have you contacted Buck to see if they will correct the centering issue and chip in the blade?

Said it before but the cheesy "Limited Edition" blade etch bothers me more than the centering.
It's kinda like da Vinci putting his signature on Mona's nose.
someone must like this bilboarding...cause Bucks doing it more and more anymore. maybe its just the marketing manager who likes it?😁

Seller told me he lives very near BUCK and at one point in time they put things on tables for sale. He had both number one and two. But they were sold by him separately. Nice consec number pair For someOne!
