I picked up a NIB Buck 110 Lite w/blaze orange handle today, can anyone give me an idea when they were made/discontinued and the value? Thanks

Jake,
It sounds like you have the model 426OR, cat.#1882, the Bucklite III. We made about 17,000 of these from 1990 to 1996. In 2000 a batch of about 800 went out, probably a special run or special make up. The 426 had a MSRP of $35.00. I would say that it is still worth about that if it is in mint condition with the box and paperwork.
Hope this helps.

Thanks Joe, I picked it up NIB on E bay for less than that, so I'm well pleased. It makes a nice contrast in my 110 display.

My first real pocket knife was a Bucklite(black handle, 3" blade). I still have it and use it occasionally. It's well over 10 years old now and still in good shape except for some nicks on the handle from dropping on concrete. :)

K.,
Glad to hear the knife is still in commission. That has always been a popular knife. One of my favorites if my backpack is loaded down.

Joe, the box for mine has an Edge 2000 sticker, so I guess its one of the 800 produced in 2000. Thanks for the info.
