Could someone point me in the right direction to a fella that could put a thumbstud or thumbdisc and a clip on my Buck 110? That's all, no fancy filework or new grips or nothing. I was gonna undertake it myself as far as the clip and thumbstud, but as far as I can tell, a thumbdisc would be better and and even gonna try tapping the blade spine and doing all that!

fyi: I put a clip on a SchradeUSA 60T (110 clone) back in the 90's, and took it off a week later. You don't realize how much they weigh until you pocket one. If you're wearing jeans all the time, it might be workable. For the thumb-disk, I'd be interested to see who can do that. Might be better to silver-solder it, if that's possible, but that may mess up the blade heat treat.

You probably find that the cost of the work is more than the knife costs.

The thumbdisk sounds like a great idea. Please post if you get it done.
Gotta agree with orca on the weight thing- the 110's are a bit "beefy"
