Can anyone point me to a video showing the process of doing a blade swap on a typical 110/112? I know generally how it’s done but actually seeing the process would be a benefit. The knife I have in mind has some sentimental value and I’d rather not screw it up making an avoidable mistake.

View attachment 1594818When I do blade swaps on 110's, I usually replace the pivot rivet with a screw set consisting of an internally threaded 1/8" diameter barrel and two pan head screws. The thread size is #2X56TPI. The barrel and screws must be cut to length. You can counterbore the hole to recess the screw heads.
A problem can arise if the bushing in the new blade is not matched in size to blade thickness. If the bushing is too thin, tightening the screws will bind the blade. If the bushing is too fat, the blade will wobble.
