Well I went to academy and wound up buying 2 more buck 110 folders with the black leather sheath for 24 bucks. Then when I got home last night and put em up I wonder why I even purchased them. I have several more from past sales. About 3 or so years ago they would run them during to holidays for 18 and then 21 bucks, the academy guy said you may never see those prices again so I get weak and buy some more.

I think buying these bucks is crazy, but when I think of them one day being made overseas I will be glad I have these. Then 24 bucks, is that a really good deal or not so hot? Sometimes gun shows will have a few under and around 20 bucks depending on how bad they want to sell them.

Maybe it'll help to equate that miniscule cost to that of a gallon of milk - or gasoline! With tax, you could buy ~6 gallons of either... or have a great knife!

Of course, my closest Academy is nearly two gallons away. Wally World is closer probably 2-3 trips there for a gallon.

At $26.88, it's hard for me to leave Wal-Mart without a 110 every week!

:D

They're a couple bucks cheaper at my Wally, but not much...What surprised me was a box of Remington Express Long Range 12ga 2 3/4 chbr #6 shotshells [box of 25] for $11.99...I don't think I paid any less than that 10 years ago...
