Buck 110 purchase

I recently purchased a Buck 110 4 dot knife that is still new in the box. The knife has on the scales Sperry*New Holland and a old square hay bailer. I assume this was a gift knife from New Holland. Does anyone have any thoughts or information about this knife? I would like to know exactly what the story is. Thank you for your reply.
