Just bought a couple buck 110's s30v since I had past the last sale up but had gift cards this time to make it a sweeter purchase... Can't say where of course and no hints, hopefully not circumventing the rules this time...

Not sure what you're saying here... You're not deal spotting, so it's probably okay to say Cabelas.

As I understand the rules you can't have both price and location in the same post unless they are a BF sponsor type. You have neither, so I think you're safe.

Is there a sale going on right now that makes the AK Guide to hard to pass up?

The Alaskan Guide model is a Great Buck knife. With it's coating and upgrade steel it is up there with a Buck Custom. DM

I'm not sure if the custom shop I have read about before is separate from the rest of the factory, but if it is, are the AG knives produced in the custom shop?

I don't think Buck's Custom Shop is a separate room inside their plant, like the original was.
I'm sure the AG knives are produced right along side the standard 110's. With the exception of them receiving the Ti coating. DM

I love the AG 110's. I have 2 stag ones. I've been thinking of adding a Vanguard again.:D

I don't own a Vantage. Maybe I need one. This would be the one to get, with the Ti coating.

Definitely want one of those. I wouldn't mind trying a AG vantage either. I'm waiting for someone to review one first....

I wonder if the AG models are considered one of their "branded" knives?
Except for the new 119.... I thought I would see last night what the new 119 would code out to and the code wouldn't work.
