Hey all!

I recently purchased and started carrying a buck 110 Auto elite, and I love it! The buck 110 what's my first Grail knife and it's taken me about 20 years to actually get one LOL
The easier one-hand operation and upgraded materials of the auto elite were what made me finally turn back to the 110 (and possibly growing a handlebar mustache had something to do with it too lol)

Anyway, one thing I was surprised atwhat's the disease did not have all of the issues that I had seen people bring up in reviews. The leather quality seems pretty good to me although I'm no expert, and the Carrie is plenty low enough. in general it seems to be a better sheath than the standard Buck 110. My question is is that true of the elite series across the board or did they update the sheath design for all models or what?

Thanks in advance!

I've also been rather curious about this.

Whether or not the American made sheath (which appears to be coming with the 110 autos) is an exclusive to that model, or just an upgrade across the board, including the standard 110.

I believe they all come with American made sheaths.

The auto comes with a special sheath. It’s is different than the regular American made sheath.

This is my first comment on here I been reading and looking at everybody’s pictures for a long time but anyway are the fixed blade sheaths also going to be in the USA

I purchased the 112 auto and love it. But i carry the 110 LT or 112 LT and recently the new 112 slim at work. And when i carry any of the brass & wood varieties (110FG, 112 FG or the Auto 112) i carry them in the codura sheath. Its lighter and i like the way it hugs the body compared to the leather sheath.
Big change for me as i was a skeptic to the non leather sheaths for over 30 years or at least from the beginning til 1 year ago.
