buck 110 x w/engraved "colonial minute man" in the wood

hello!!

I just bought a buck 110 folding hunter at a antique shop that had an engraved into the wood on the handle of a "colonial minute man"

I was wondering if anyone knew anything about this knife?

A picture would help........could your "Minute Man" possibly be Daniel Boone?
I don't have one but there was an edition of the 110 with Daniel Boone in 1990 but I believe that he was etched on the blade, not the handle.
