Need help, please!
Some time ago I purchased a 'holster' for a Buck 110 that allowed one hand opening. During my recent move it got misplaced. :( . Anyone have any links or info on where these neat holsters are available?

I'm not aware of any such "holster". However there are clamp-on thumb studs available like "The Bandit" that may help you.

Hang in there. I can't remember what they're called, but someone here will remember the thread we discussed it on, I think from last year.

Something like this?

it is a "merlin" I think they are made by crkt

If you get on Ebay and do a search under Buck 110 you will see at least two listed right now.

I would feel like a huge dork with that ridiculous thing strapped to me.

Yeah, it doesn't work very well either. We have one in the store somwhere, I think. Piece of garbage.

Yeah I agree, it looks like crap.

This thing looks pretty cool, how does it grab the blade?

I'd be more afraid of that rig grabbing my leg

Never fails to amaze me.. ask and ye shall receive. Seems more like an obscure law of physics than divine intervention, but y'all found the darned thing for me. Kudos & Thanks. By the way, it's the one made of leather that mounts on the belt. I know this carry rig is an accident looking for a place to happen unless great care is used. It doesn't work well while seated in a vehicle either (don't ask how I know as my F-150 will never forgive me!).
I'm headed to E-Bay :)

There's actually another maker of these sheaths (who offers quite a variety of models), the ever-popular Cowboy Al. Looks nice enough, although not up to the level of what some of the guys on this forum could do... (if they could be talked in to making one)

And just so's we're all clear, I'm pretty sure that image up there is of the knife at half-draw. You don't walk around with the blade sticking out or anything. :D
