I bought a buck 110 Guide from Cabela's. Looks very nice, but the blade is not totally rock solid, it wobbles ever so slightly side to side. Is this a usual thing with the Buck 110 or should I not be able to move it at all side to side.

I've owned a few locking buck knivessome lock uber tight others have aminiscule bit of wobble..don't sweat it this in no way detracts from the sbility of the knife...the 110 is a solid prove performer in my book...the old school .45 1911 has a little wobble when you wiggle it, but it like the 110 is still tougher than woodpecker lips

well if it has some movement closed this is normal..
if it has bairly noticable move3ment open is still ok,,
but if it wiggles( 1/32 or more open and locked) when open ...
you can send it to buck to have it tightened up..
address is in a sticky above..

Dave's correct. You may have Buck address this should it bother you. On the 110AG mine has not the slightest wiggle in any position. But on another 110 it wiggles when closed and doesn't bother me and locks up solid. DM
