Buck 119 in a cross draw sheath?

I modify my fixed blade sheaths as danglers and carry them on the left front for cross draw access. My preference is to keep it high enough and roughly horizontal so it rests near the bend in my leg. That's the least restrictive for moving around that I've found.

Search on horizontal dangler and you might find a shot. I'll try to post a pic in the outdoor forum tomorrow.

I did a search on that. Haven't found you yet, but have come upon a lot of related reading.

Your description sounds exactly like how I picture it. Easily accessed yet out of the way.

If you switch to a kydex sheath, then the Universal Kydex Sheath Extension would be an option to carry it at whatever angle you want, though kydex might not be as comfortable as leather... Skip to 6:44 in this video of a similar sized knife in a kydex sheath:
