Is the 119 440C steel? What are the markings on the tang ?

It says Buck 119+ USA. The other says Buck 105 with a side ways ^. USA. Both are for sale. 30.00 each Plus 5.00 for shipping. Can ship both for 5.00 if they go together. This to CONUS.

I don't know what the stamps mean. The V and the + Both knives are about 15 years old or at least thats how long I have had them.
