Buck 120

[JK Knives]

Does the 120 General have the same date codes on the blade as the other Bucks? I just bought one at a small gunshop in southern Illinois that simply says: BUCK
120
USA
The sheath is a wrap around style, with stitching on the blade edge side only. It came in the tan box, and is new. Could this be old stock or what?

1985 or earlier,1986 Buck stamped blades.If it were a flap sheath it would date it in the 70's .old stock good find.Sometimes on the literature in the box it will have a printed date ,very small .

I`ll have to look close at the literature in the box. This gunshop had got a new Buck display case and were getting rid of all of the old knives. I just got off of the phone with my father in law and told him to go back to see if the skinner was still there and pick it up for me. It`s only a 15 mile drive for him, but 310 miles for me.
