Buck 124

Just had a co-worker show me a Buck 124 I had never seen one. This knife had Buck USA stamped on the tang. Micarta scales and a flap sheath. The weird part is it has the bottom part of the blade serrated. I think its a mod, did they make any like that? Cool knife other than the serrations kind of has me wanting one. Are they hard to find?

That is not a modification there were some made with serrations. It was introduced in 1967. Did it have pins on the handle or a lanyard hole? DM

It for sure had a lanyard hole. Pins also. Will try for a couple pics while Im still at work.

I remember reading the Partial Serrated 124 was somewhat rare.
