I am looking for a new fillet knife and I’m wondering if anyone has had any experience with the buck 144 Hookset 6” fillet knife with 5Cr15MoV steel. I used to have the Buck 035, but I unfortunately lost it so I am looking to replace it, any help is appreciated.
