Hello all,
I am not sure if this is the spot to ask this but I will give it a shot. I have a buck 184 that has a custom form fitted plastic sheath. I put the sheath on a heater to dry it out tonight and it lost its form. Anyhow, I cannot fix it and have no idea where to find a new one. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Kevin

Looks like I may be able to salvage my sheath. Atleast it is worth a shot, and a good learning experience.
My only question is how to get the sawteeth and serrations as detailed as they were before on the sheath.
I am afraid that if I try to mold it to the sawteeth the knife will not come out without really cutting up the sheath.

Sorry about all the silly questions.

Thanks again! Looks like everything is figured out now. Just in this short time I have met some very kind and informative people!

You could put some tape over the saw teeth before molding.

I bought a roll of high heat tape to wrap the sawteeth. Used a heat gun and a couple blocks of wood I wittled to shape the sheath. Turned out almost better than it was before.

Could not have done it without your help and ideas.

Hope to stick around here and become a part of your community.

Kevin
